Log Cabin Catering & Dining Specializes in Heirloom Dishes of Amish Tradition

Log Cabin Catering & Dining in downtown Sugarcreek, Ohio has specialized in serving traditional Amish recipes since 1993. They operate out of their busy Main Street restaurant in Sugarcreek, serving and catering Amish home cooking to their dine-in guests and at gatherings near and far. Owners Linda Schlabach and Lovina Mullet started catering with their amazing amish style recipes in an actual log cabin until they quit their day jobs to cater full time. In 2011, they moved to the old Swiss Hat building located at 108 E. Main Street in the heart of Sugarcreek and opened a dining room. With two levels, the new building handles up to 180 guests and is perfect for banquets. For 18 years folks have been discovering the warm and friendly food and service Linda and Lovina provide at weddings, school parties, business meetings, birthday parties, baby showers and all sorts of holiday parties. Large gatherings or small, Log Cabin Catering and Dining does it all, in and out of their restaurant, and does it deliciously!

In May of 2011 Log Cabin Catering opened a dining room to the public, serving the same great dishes their catering customers have been enjoying for years. The dining room is open from 7 am – 3 pm Monday – Tuesday and from 7 am – 8 pm Wednesday -Saturday. They love to take calls in the morning so they can have hot lunches ready for pick up, or ready to enjoy in the restaurant when a customer arrives. And the dining room is large enough to accommodate bus tours coming to beautiful Amish country. Reservations are recommended for large groups.

Log Cabin Catering has become a very well respected name around the Sugarcreek area because of their great service and fabulous food. Linda and Lovina are happy to serve any of their Amish specialty dishes to any sized gathering – in or out of their dining room! They pride themselves on their “value added” special touches along with their impressive menu. They are also happy to prepare special request items. Here are just a few of the items from their Catering Menu posted on their website http://www.logcabincatering.com/index.htm.
